FAQ

What is a wax melt?

Wax melts are small, scented pieces of wax designed to be gently heated to release their fragrance. They're like candles but without the wick, meaning that they require a wax warmer to melt and diffuse the fragrance. When in use they melt completely to create an even scent distribution.

How long can you use a wax melt?

All Wax melts are different and can last a vary of time depending on size, fragrance and what type of burner you are using. Melted wax does not evaporate, only the scent dissipates so you need to make sure you remove the used wax from your wax warmer.

What wax do you use?

We only use Soy wax in our products

Whats a CLP?

CLP stands for Classification, Labelling & Packaging. It is a legal requirement for all wax melt & candle vendors. A CLP should be clearly visible on every product you buy. This will show you the fragrance name, ingredients, any pictograms or safety warnings along side the vendors contact details. (We are fully CLP compliant)

Can I return Products?

Yes you can return wax products within 14 days of receiving them but these must NOT be Used/opened. We do no accept returns for bath products to to the nature of the product.

My wax melts arrived broken what do I do?

We do our best in sending all our products boxed and packaged as safely & as careful as possible but unfortunately as wax is only delicate it can brake in transit. We do not replace or refund for broken packages unless it is discussed with us. Broken wax  does not in anyway affect the performance of the wax melts.

How long does it take to get my order?

As most of our products are made to order, we aim to dispatch within 5 working days & we post out with Royal Mail.

- During busy periods like the run up to Christmas orders please add on an extra few days, although we will aim to get all orders out as soon as possible.

Is it safe to leave a wax warmer on all the time?

No it is highly recommended you only use your wax warmer for a few hours at a time, giving the warmer enough time to cool down in between.

How many candles should I use?

Only ever use 1 candle at a time in a wax warmer, using more than 1 would make it a high risk of catching fire. Also NEVER use 8 hour candles in a wax warmer as this is also a HIGH risk of causing a fire.

What method can I pay by?

You can pay by Card, Paypal & Clearypay
